If your printer is very recent, some features/functionality may not yet have been included in Linux, but basic printing and scanning may be possible.
stevef, I was needing to get the printer functioning because I had something I needed to print before we left to go south for the winter, we left today (small town, but the library was able to print for me from my flash drive). I will review the new information you provided when we return in the spring. Thanks again!
