I don't think bfb meant any harm. He's just feeling a bit frustrated with the problem he has which, as a newbie, is totally understandable. I've been there, and can relate to that.
I think there's sometimes a conflict between "the instant click society" of the internet we've now become embedded in, which can create a mentality where we've grown to expect everything to be just a click away, forgetting the reality of things
