[member=7109]Moltke[/member] - You spoke about Antergos, never tried it so, looks cool. Got the last 32bits from 2016, it's useless, it can't even install anymore. It "needs" to download stuff that is not there anymore and crashes.
So, I disable the network card, and then it can't even start the installation.

I downloaded the latest 64 bits one. 1.9GB ISO. Same stupid thing, NEEDS internet connection and downloads everything to install, again...
Sorry for the letters but, WTF, I downloaded a 1.9GB iso, for what for then?
Also install takes f-o-r-e-v-a-a-a-a-r (hours) ! - still not done at the moment... waiting. Doing some knitting... working on my bonzai... done!
Reboot. Okaaay, reeeally default XFCE interface, no whisker and no Welcome screen. 335MB RAM used (standard for 64bits?).
At least the OS is all up to date. Eek, some menu items have no names or descriptions...
There's less applications than Linux Lite and I'm getting slow response times.
Not impressed. Maybe with another Desktop Environment... but XFCE + Whisker is a must for me.
Hours-long installations is one reason (of many) I'm steering away from Windows. - Sorry Antergos! -DELETE-
