Can I install Linux Lite on a Windows Intel BayTrail Tablet?

The bay trail (tablet) should be decent.. There are a few hoops mainly as MY tablet is set up with a 32bit UEFI boot loader but its doable..
Note the system type:

The kangaroo in my sig is a Cherry Trail which boots fine from the SD card installed - system is true 64bit UEFI..
