My trusty old Toshiba sat Pro A10 with 1 GB ram is struggling under LL3.0; getting slow response ( Bit like the user I am afraid ). Hence am I to take it that Kernel 3.16 with an (EOL) end of life circa 2020 would be the best bet to try. Forgive me , is 3.16 in the LL Kernel library? Tks (Checked- yes it is )
Alternatively , other than going back to LL2.8, how could I prune LL3.0 to make it run as it did under LL2.0 but still getting LTS?
