IPv4 connection settings and proxy GUI's

For proxy settings, that is usually browser related and you'd need to go to the network settings for the browser you're using.

i'm fine with the Network Settings now  Smile


but does it mean that Linux Lite has no GUI for proxy settings like that in Ubuntu (like figure below)? which i think is more manageable lol  :-\

likewise, a terminal commands will great help also for proxy settings  :-[
