For defragging, you don't need to do it on Linux. It simply isn't needed, unless you move terabytes and terabytes of data on a daily basis. If you would like to know how to defrag Linux anyway, here is a video. Beware: Do not attempt if you run your computer on a Solid State Drive (SSD).
