Currently cd/dvd will auto mounted as there is a disk in the drive. As for the ntfs mounts it may show the disk(dev) even if they are not truly mounted.
So if I have 2 disks with 4 ntfs formated partitions on linux lite you will see all 4 ntfs (dev) as mount locations.
Even if you can not access them until that are actively mounted they may show up on the desktop.
Fixing the CD/DVD Auto Mount
Under Settings>Removable Drives and Media
You can disable any settings related to the cd/dvd.
If this does not solve the cd/dvd issue then there are advanced steps to take to fix the issue.
