Good choice going with MX-14.3!  Debian-based with Xfce desktop, so will function very similarly to LL that you're already used to using.  Think you'll be happy with it.


I'm still baffled by your problems trying to install the others.  Very strange.

When you boot into LL Live, can the installer be run from a terminal..??
Would that have shown where/why it's failing in the install process..??
