By the way , is that a 32-bit install that you have or a 64-bit , I see 32-bit repo , it s to make sure .
Also , you happen to have both Sources Codes & regular repos on , it s slowing down your updates , & I always remove the Sources Codes on my repos , no exact reasons than to have less errors to have on a later day .

I ran into the same problem, I am not sure why when you add the repo using the ppa if you are running multi arch that it adds the wrong repo. unless there is not a 14.04 repo for it. I will be doing some checking on the ppa.

Why are you running the 32bit on a dell E6410?
because it uses less resources. I only have 2GB RAM. Thats why im using Lite

64 bit pointers only use more space when it goes beyond the 32 bit limit of 4096 to account for the greater errors. So with 2048 you should see the same memory usage if not better management as your i5 would be better support under a LL 64bit version. But I was just asking for a better understanding as I work through on my dell E6410 the problem with the PPA.
