Oh, sorry about that.
Boot time for me a less important than ressource usage. When a computer boots I'm usually multitasking and not waiting for it. Wink

Just an idea but, could it be that you have mutiple video cards and/or video outputs on your computer?
I had that once on a PC, I was getting a black screen after post because I was in OutPut 2 and the video driver had output to 1 when the OS loaded.
Also, you could try to boot while holding the SHIFT key and choose "Start Linux Lite in Safe mode"
