Do I have to logout to access the installation start?
#1
If I run LL live on a thumb drive, is there a way to start the installer from that live session, or do I have to log out and reboot to access the installation start option from the thumb drive's boot option menu?

I looked at the 'all application' and 'system' list but found nothing helpful. The Synaptic installer seemed hopeful, and a few others looked potentially promising, but it looks like it's been set up so I'll have to reboot, probably because of the need to unmount drives and partitions.

Answering my own question. On the desktop is an icon for "Install LinuxLite."

There you go.
