Do I have to logout to access the installation start? - d0ugparker - 11-17-2020 If I run LL live on a thumb drive, is there a way to start the installer from that live session, or do I have to log out and reboot to access the installation start option from the thumb drive's boot option menu? I looked at the 'all application' and 'system' list but found nothing helpful. The Synaptic installer seemed hopeful, and a few others looked potentially promising, but it looks like it's been set up so I'll have to reboot, probably because of the need to unmount drives and partitions. Re: Do I have to logout to access the installation start? - d0ugparker - 11-18-2020 Answering my own question. On the desktop is an icon for "Install LinuxLite." There you go. |
