problem with instalation

hey guys, im new on linux and when im tryng to boot the installer i have this issue. 

Im windows user and i want to stwich to linux

I can't find that motherboard A320AM4-M3D in the Linux Lite hardware database so you might be the first to try Linux Lite on it.  The ECS website doesn't mention linux under the list of OS it supports.

You could try using the VGA port on the motherboard if you have a suitable monitor rather than HDMI (or HDMI instead of VGA).
