install zoom

Evening all  this might sound stupid but how do I install zoom on Linux lite ? I have the tar file but no idea what to do next for some reason it was not installed when i reinstalled Linux lite.

I cannot see any easy way to install it

Any help is greatly appreciated

Click menu, settings. Find 'Lite Software' and click it.
Enter your password
Select Yes to update sources, then 'Install Software' and OK
Scroll down to find Zoom
Highlight
Click 'Install'
