actual:
goto DEV.TO the phrases "DEVTO?? ??" displays fine in BODY but in FF titlebar you see SQUARES for ??and ?? chars
same bug in chromium
expected:
ff titlebar should display all unicode utf8 characters including "DEVTO?? ??"
workaround :
use xubuntu instead of linuxliteos
