Theme suggestions for 5.x
#1
Adapta is no longer maintained so we need to find something that goes perfectly with Papirus Icon theme.

A theme that has been maintained at least once in the last 3 months. Needs to have a light and dark theme.
Preferably GTK 3. Please provide a direct link if you are going to suggest a theme. Thank you.

Picking the right system theme, icon theme and wallpaper's a nightmare; you never find the "right ones"  I use this one https://www.xfce-look.org/p/1207818/ combined with arc in xfwm4 for windows' decorations. I don't use papirus though.

The only GTK3 theme I can stand these days

https://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net/pr...-1.4.0.zip

Includes comprehensive colour ranges, HiDPI, light, dark etc.

If installing by copying only the wanted folder, you must make sure the basic Classic Looks theme folder is always present.

Also comes with hacking tools and instructions!

What about this one? https://www.pling.com/p/1197982 since KDE's plasma desktop's on LL's road map - at least for now, or so it seems - this might be a good chance to get some more info from LL community members by using it.  And I think it'll look wonderful on papirus. 8)

Nothing special. Just something that always works on X or wayland.

Greybird has a dark variant that for some reason is not included in LL and normal Greybird looks fine with Papirus.

I use Greybird for my Style Theme with Adapta for the WM Theme. Clean and proffessional looking. If Adapta wasn't available Blackbird is a workable WM Theme.
I wasn't aware there was a dark variant of Greybird. I'll check it out.
