Brother HL-L2390DW scanner not found, unable to scan
#1
I am using LL 4.2, just got a Brother HL-L2390DW All in One Printer Scanner, was unable to load disc that came with printer.
I am able to print documents but unable to scan, get message to hook up scanner or scanner not found. Simple Scan icon appears on desktop. I am dual booting with Windows10 and can perform all functions. Have been working with Brother Support but they have no solutions as yet.
My command entry is not that swift so any instructions have to be specific and step by step.
Thank you, in advance for any help.

Does this page help:

Code:
https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=us_ot&lang=en&prod=hll2390dw_us&os=128

There are separate drivers for printing and scanning Smile
