I really enjoy running Linux Lite 4 and also enjoy using YouTube. But the problem for me is YouTube = Google.

I'm always on the lookout for an alternative to YouTube and i thought i had finally found it in DTube.  The problem here is that you have to register with steemit before you can register with DTube? When i have tried to register with steemit nothing happens?

Has anyone successfully registered with steemit? Would really appreciate any help here.

I have just had a look at this, it says there is approximately 1-2 weeks waiting time and they require your email and phone number to verify your account (same as YouTube to verify as my account is).
Or you can choose to pay instead.
Did you choose to wait, or did you send them money ?
Did they ever get back to you ?
