I've been running up and down the Networks posts, but couldn't find what I'm looking for.
After starting my device, wired and wireless connection look great.
Wired connection disconnects after a few minutes and when I remove and attach the cable, all works fine for some time.
Wireless looks good until I open my browser or any other connection needing program. It disconnects and I can't connect until I reboot.
I want to solve this. I know I can, but I need some help with it
I've had the disconnects with wireless.. But the resolution depends on your hardware...
Post the output of
Code:
inxi -Fxz
It will display hardware specs...

Nothing wrong there. I had similar problems using Network Manager on a Emachine 3507 on my motorcycle shop wireless desktop computer.
Installing WICD. Disabling Network Manager startup in XFCE. Fixed that problem for me. Not sure why.
