Dropbox stopped working
#1
Yesterday morning, Dropbox worked perfectly on my Linux Lite 3.6 laptop (with latest updates). In the evening, I turned on the laptop, and the dropbox icon did not appear. Activating it from the menu did not work either. I tried purging and re-installing it from the command line, as well from Lite Software, but to no avail. I tried stopping and re-startint it, and I got the following error message:

How do I solve this issue?

Working fine here. Close any tray icon for Dropbox that may still be present, then try in a terminal:

Code:
rm -rf ~/.dropbox-dist

Code:
rm -rf ~/.dropbox

Log out, then in again.
