Initially I meant a custom badge only for you.For everyone else an increase in the feathers available (like current system) but so that it also increases for above 1000.

Cool idea. I have seen badges in several contexts. Some of them level-up, like those with the number in a red circle in the above examples. What exactly are the badges that would be appropriate here?
- number of posts (levels up)
- reputation (levels up)
- developer / chief developer
- donor

Number of Posts, 2k 5k 10k 20k 50k 100k should future proof us nicely. Reputation would be a good one, open to suggestions / levels for that. Developer, Donor already taken care of.

Well, I thought, if we add a badge system, it would be nice if they had a unified look and feel. I'm picturing the badges as something distinct from each user's avatar. Right now, some of the things are a modified avatar. So "moderator" could also be a badge, added to the list of possibilities. And earned badges could take over for the current post-count feathers system (1 post, 50 posts, 100, 250...). That's what I'm imagining anyway. Just throwing the ideas out there.
For reputation levels, they are harder to earn, so I'd suggest 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500. It could max out at 500, which is already beyond reach for most, or could keep going for future insurance. (It would probably just mean changing the number text on the graphic and saving another output file.)
