Supporting Linux Lite $$$

I just now completed the steps to contribute a small amount each month to Linux Lite. Don't misunderstand. My contribution is a small amount, not a nice, big fat payday type contribution. I'm not posting to brag of my deed. I'm posting to say that if we really want to support Jerry and the rest of the crew, we need to consider helping out financially as we're each able to. There are expenses involved with maintaining a Linux Distribution, a web site, a forum site, etc, etc. If we truly love and appreciate Lite, we all need to do what we're able. You can even contribute as little as a dollar a month if that's what your personal budget allows. All the small, monthly donations add up to really help these guys out. I also changed my Avatar to the "Paypal Supporter" icon. I'm not entirely sure if I'm supposed to actually use that Avatar. So would one of you guys that know please let me know if that's OK? There are different terms used in different places to refer to contributions made. I just want to be sure I'm supposed to use that Avatar. Thanks, guys.

Also, if I have crossed some line or violated some unwritten rule with my new thread, please feel free to remove it. I don't want to offend anyone. I'm just really impressed with Lite. I have never financially supported any distro, but I feel strongly enough about Lite to offer what I can.

You're very welcome, Jerry. I'm not one to get overly excited and involved with a distro, but I'm just so completely impressed with the performance of the two laptops we have that I decided to go all in for Lite. I'm looking forward to many years as a Lite user. Although I wait for a bit after an upgrade is released to install on my computers, I am looking forward to the upcoming release announcement. Really anxious to see what improvements we can expect.
