Got a forbidden message from forum

I occasionally have this problem too. I just ignore it and go back to Thunderbird and click on the link again and it works the second time.

99% of the time i am always logged in.
But i noticed strange thing. When my browser is closed and i use the link then i get the forbidden message. But when my browser is already opened then it works fine and i get to the page. Tried this in firefox and palemoon and in bth its the same.

I find it strange too, why would it work when the browser is already open and when its closed i get the error message.
Its not a big deal, can live with it, just keeps me wondering what the problem is that is causing this behaviour

Hello Jerry,
I am only logged in to the forum when I am actively using it, I didn't want to waste forum resources etc.
The error does not occur when I am logged in.
