xfce4 terminal
#1
I installed LL some time ago. Very pleased. One thing I have changed is the terminal screen. I prefer the xfce4 terminal, so I have installed it and use that. When I want to use the terminal I have set up a shortcut to go to the new one. However, when I am using Thunar and ask to 'open a terminal here' I get the original terminal screen. Is there any way to make it open the xfce4 screen instead? Thanks.

Seems in Thunar you would go to Edit, Configure custom actions, and then highlight and edit the Open Terminal Here action.  I think you would replace the "x-terminal-emulator -t" part of the command line with "xfce4-terminal -T" and leave everything else the same.

Note:  You may also want to go into your keyboard shortcuts and alter the behavior of Ctrl+Alt+T so that it opens the xfce4-terminal instead of the lxterminal.

Thanks, I had forgotten about that option in Thunar. I have it sorted now. As for the keyboard shortcut, I had already made that change.

Thanks. I did intend to mark it as solved, but I missed the modify button when I was looking around. I have now marked it accordingly. In future I will know what to do.
