Competiton - Guess how many lines of code Linux Lite Developers have produced
#1
To celebrate the release of Linux Lite 3.0, I'm running a competition to see who can guess the closest to the actual figure, the number lines of code the Linux Lite devs have produced since the beginning of the project.

The winner will be announced here and on Social Media - 1st July, 2016.

Entry is very simple. Simply register on the Forums and put your guess into your post.
Linux Lite Devs cannot enter (for obvious reasons)

I'm going to run a poll too just for fun, to see if people can guess the range.

The winner will get the following sent to them anywhere in the world:

- 1 each of Linux Lite 3.0 DVD's in 32bit and 64bit, hand signed by me.
- 1 each of Linux Lite 3.0 USB's in 32bit and 64bit.
- 2 of each of all the stickers in our range.

Good luck and I hope you have fun with this!

This is custom, original Linux Lite code, and does not include ported projects.

Thanks for the opportunity & interesting topic Jerry.
I couldn't code my way out of a paper bag but hope to learn at least one langauge properly someday.
At the moment my coding knowledge (term used loosely) is limited to messing with things other people have created like gtkrc & .ui files etc., usually by trial and error to change things to how I want or like.
Sometimes the changes work quite well, other times not so well  8)

I'll have a guess at 97,284 lines.

I do a bit of C++ coding and I am surprised as to how much it code accumulates even for simple programs.
I'v been bashing Windows way before Microsoft.....
