LOL, I am so glad I got into Linux 8 years ago !
I only use MS for gaming, and it seems Linux is catching up !
Too bad I need MS for work. It is causing major issues on proprietary platforms i work on.

Elderly people with aging windows computers are constantly victimized by MS and self labeled MS technicians, even MS certified people that I know of. When this windows10 mess hit it affected many of my small business customers terribly. I got to work, and devised a program to remove most of the persistent update functions. Messed around with it for nearly a week, and then found a free program on line that did most of things I was trying to accomplish. I tweaked that and a few other little things. All of my customers kept their windows7 boxes after that, with no real problems. It is difficult to convert elderly people from their windows boxes, but I have done so a few times lately with demonstrations of Linux lite. I work for free for people over 65 on fixed incomes, and provide free tutorials at the library for the elderly. Hell I'm 67 myself. Windows is dying a slow agonizing expensive death for its users. Between ransom ware and the windows10 debacle the future is not bright for any new institutional usage.
