Should 'Install Updates' be done every time I turn on the computer? I did it when I first installed LL, other than then, I can never tell when to press that 'Install Updates' button as I never see any kind of notification. I've done it once since installation in November.

Right now, you won't get a notification. I run the updates utility everyday. I like to see what's new. But once every week or two should suffice. It doesn't take very long at all, and you can still do other things, like surf the web, while the updates are running.
