[solved]google earth installed but not in menu
#1
Linux lite 32 bit on my laptop.
Synaptic shows that google earth is installed but I can't find it anywhere in the menu.

Actually what I have installed is googleearth-package.

How do I get google earth to show up and run?

This article may help you it works on LL 2.4 32 bit, but according to your profile you may have issues with graphics and memory for running the program. Older systems with only 256mb memory probably won't have the 3d rendering capability needed.

Used your link and it seems to have installed. I am temporarily using a really slow wifi at a condo but I will know more when I get back home. Thanks.
