I switched to LL two years ago (and despite minor issues, I love it, and probably can't ever go without Whisker menu, ever again)...
I'm still using Vista. For games. About that, it runs fine, but both FF and Chrome browsers work like feces now, when they used to work normally. Nothing to do with adware or malicious plug-ins, no change, but they are crippled, hang regularly, and just make me want to switch to open source with free upgrades.
