Enabling full Bluetooth support in Linux Lite

Hello!

Before I go any further, let me say again that it was a team effort. Colin23erk's efforts were instrumental in finding this solution. I just helped with some of the research, and wrote up the results.

As important as blueman is to Bluetooth support in Linux, I don't see the PPA going away. Even if it does, by then, HOPEFULLY, Ubuntu, perhaps even Debian stable, will have this version in the repositories. The PPA is only to tide us over in the meantime.

BTW, this seems to affect all the 'Buntus, if not all of Linux that uses blueman for Bluetooth...
