Thanks for posting those recipes. Going to give them a try myself. Love Mexican food and always on the lookout for good recipes. Have tried making tortillas before, but your recipe looks like a better one to try.

In case you're not aware, there is a nice recipe program called Gourmet Recipe Manager that I use. You can find it in Synaptic under "gourmet", or just install from terminal with:
