Reference: reply #44 on removing xarchiver.desktop

In addition to this

rm -rf ~/.local/share/applications/xarchiver.desktop

I also had to remove the file from here

rm /etc/skel/.local/share/applications/xarchiver.desktop

That is in skeleton files which are used when you create a new user. Whisker shouldn't see them but apparently it does.
