So, it looks like there may be a problem with ookla speed test cli installing on Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble).
Ubuntu Noble is the base for Linux Lite 7.x
There is an Ookla support article at this location.

If correct (it would match your symptom) you need to edit the ookla repository so that it refers to the earlier Ubuntu release called Jammy.
