Two packages that you have tried to install on the system (ookla speed test and the PPA for appgrid) have added entries to the system software source lists. However, neither new source appears to have software suitable for running on the system. As a result the update/upgrade process cannot run.
To rectify, the aim is to remove the applications completely including removing the troublesome entries from the source lists. Ideally, you need to fully reverse whatever steps were taken to install these two packages.
First, check the instructions you followed to install the packages to see if uninstall instructions are provided. If no uninstall instructions are available, we can try to guide how to back out the changes, but will need to know exactly what you did.
Do you have a System Restore Utility (Timeshift) snapshot taken just before installing the two packages ?
