It may well be an issue in earlier versions - certainly seems to be present in 7.0, have not yet had chance to try on 5.x or 6.x. Typically I make a directory for saving log files from the command line so not noticed this before.
On the subject, if there is a change, would you consider having the script format the file name so that date and time part is in the form 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mms' and placed nearer the start of the name. Seems more logical (to me) for sorting than having the 'day of the week-dd-month-year-time' format.
Thanks.
I installed it, but I skipped this. I only view the log if something seems weird and further more, I was focused on seeing the new Apps at work.
Since this might happen if the issue is a Root ownership I'll reinstall and see what happens. I'll get back with what I find.
Besides this, nothing to say. All went flawlessly.
Maybe it worths mentioning that the boot media, is a Ventoy disk (and has about 5 images on it).
Best regards!
