To remove the PPA references from the update list check the manual at

1 click Menu
2 type the word software into the search box
3 an item called 'Software & Updates' should appear - click on it
4 in the resulting window select the 'Other Software' tab
5 in the list check for an entry for the michael-gruz PPA
At this point carefully uncheck that particular entry and close the window.
This will stop your system update failing due to that PPA.
As mentioned in the manual, you should uninstall the PPA software before removing the PPA reference from the update list. As PPA software is non-standard, it is difficult to give guidance on removing it. Generally you need to reverse the installation method.
