how to add programs to menu Quick Launch

After fiddling a bit with this process I find that my back pain doesn't allow for enough patience with it. I'll return to it when my pain is less, thanks. One comment, though, it seems way overly complex in the interest of greater customizing.
Also, today clicking on the various progs in my taskbar does bring them forward. Electrons! |
