Double Click Control Panel on desktop
Double Click 'Lite Software'
Enter your password when prompted
Click 'Yes' when asked to update software sources
Highlight 'Install Software' and click 'OK'
Scroll down list list of programs
Highlight Weather Monitor
Click install
