Have you installed Wine manually (not from LL?) that page does not load... If it is the default from LL - maybe waiting could correct, else....
Try removing the offending then rerun updates..
Removal: Uncheck the offending from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab..
Then rerun updates..
You can update from terminal or from Menu > Favorites > Install Updates
