All this never confused me, but if it is confusing people, then perhaps renaming 'Install/Remove Software' to 'Synaptic Package Manager' would help the uninitiated?
As for Kaffeine, doesn't that require installing a bunch of KDE dependencies that wouldn't be used by anything else besides for programs that run under KDE? Wouldn't these KDE dependencies hurt the overall performance of Linux Lite?
