3.8: How to place the task bar at the top of the screen?

Hi Dave, and thanks for taking the time.

I just checked, and I can move separate elements, but the only choices I have when it comes to the whole bar are bottom, side (left only, apparently) and "desktop bar" (?), which basically plants the menu bar vertically and smack in the middle of the screen, from where it won't move even if you send the National Guard.

As I said in my OP, I'm stuck with 3.8 on this Mac, so maybe it's a feature that was added to subsequent versions of LL but is not available on 3.8, at least not out-of-the-box.  Sad
