Using Linux Lite 5.0
Workaround:
Disable all PPAs from Synaptic, install whatever updates are listed, then get back and re-enable ONE-BY-ONE each PPA, until you finish the update, where appropriate. If on a specific PPA you get the same failure message, disable it again and go on to the next, until all is updated.
