How can I install Linux Lite by the very beginning?

Hello.

I downloaded the LinuxLite ISO file (linux-lite-4.8-64bit.iso). I saved this file in a USB flash drive (pendrive). Now, how can I install Linux Lite?

When I start my PC selecting first boot option my USB drive, nothing happens. Just Windows 10 always start.

I read the help manual (https://www.freecinema2022.gq/manual/start.html) but it does not help. Sorry about this noob question, but I don´t know what to do.

How can I deploy Linux Lite ?
