Hello!

From what I'VE read about them, Nvidia's proprietary video drivers for Linux can be a royal pain REGARDLESS of the distro you're playing with.

At best, they're a 'crap shoot'. I liken them to Broadcom's proprietary wireless drivers on steroids...
