Linux Lite should NOT have any KDE software installed. Somehow or another you have installed some KDE stuff which will usually have dependency problems running in XFCE. You might want to open up synaptic and type KDE into the search bar and uninstall all the KDE packages listed as installed or use the broken filter. You may or may not be able to successfully uninstall the KDE stuff this way because in fact newer KDE stuff could be on a different PATH to root through synaptic, like the difference between Debian 9 and 10. If you want KDE try Kubuntu instead of Linux Lite, but if you're having trouble with Linux Lite it's going to be an even longer more painful road for you with KDE. The best answer with Linux Lite is to run the default system, and don't install extra applications if you don't know what you're doing.
