Gimp Update Error 4.x InRelease changed its Label value from gimp to gimp stable

Affects: Everyone on Series 4.x only that still has the Gimp PPA.

If you get the following error with Install Updates:

Apply the following fix:

Open a Terminal, do:

sudo apt-get --allow-releaseinfo-change update

ignore any errors relating to gimp.

Now run Install Updates as per usual.
