It's a shame to see what people get rid of although on the other hand it allows them to pass them along to me to "live another life" in South Africa   Now physically getting them there is another issue since there is only so much luggage space, at least my husband has stopped complaining about both the weight and how many I am packing  ;D

At the help center I work with, I often see a bunch of famillies get together and arrange for a container to be shipped to South Africa.
Don't know if it's feasible for you guys but it looks like a good idea. But, maybe it's complicated legal-wise... I dunno I've never done it myself. :-S
Imagine how many computers you could put in there ).
