When one ISO if not enough...
If playing around with Multiple ISOs (and have a internal 2.5" HDD lying around ) I use this to have multiple ISOs on a single HDD.

It's a USB3 2.5" hardrive enclosure with an ISO selector. It's the same company that makes the identical Zalman model but reviews say firmware is better on the IODD.
I have also uses this if you only have one USB key. It's software but works on many ISO files :

Note : Some say that the key has to be less than 128GB, but I don't have a big a key to try.
