i found this media convertor "QWinFF" , what does any one think of this one ?

at first i was looking for something on handbrake, but found this on a old post instead, it looks interesting . its called "QWinFF" .
has any one else used this ?. can it make a large file smaller ?.

Last updated: 2015. That being said it doesn't mean won't work, but there are better and newer well and constantly maintained alternatives.
